Founded in January of 2001, the primary mission of the Future College Golf Association (FCGA) is to mentor junior golfers and their families through the junior golf college recruiting processes. FCGA helps prepare junior golfers for competing at the college level and personally helps families navigate the college recruiting process. The FCGA is open to boys and girls, ages 10-19, who have an interest in playing college golf and are committed to competing in tournaments at the regional and national levels. The FCGA offers two important programs designed to assure that each member achieves his or her maximum potential.

The Tournament Players Program helps FCGA members plan a customized tournament and practice schedule. FCGA's tournament database features local, regional and national events throughout the United States. FCGA meets with its clients personally to assure that they are playing in tournaments that fit their golf abilities and setting goals to achieve their college dreams. The FCGA program is personalized for each member. FCGA follows each player's progress and maintains each member's tournament record. FCGA is available to provide academic guidance, as well as information on swing coaches, fitness and nutrition. Members of the FCGA Tournament Players Program are assured a position in the national ranking systems and are able to gain the experience and exposure that college golf coaches seek in a recruit.

The College Golf Scholarship Program, offers academic and athletic counseling for junior golfers and their families. FCGA helps its members target colleges that fit them academically, athletically and socially. FCGA assists its members in building a resume and generating quality relationships with college coaches using resumes, phone calls, websites, emails and videos.

"Thank you for all of the help and guidance you provided Whitney and our entire family throughout the junior golf and college recruiting process. We greatly appreciate all of the personal mentoring that you offered our family about junior golf tournaments, Whitney's practice schedule, building relationships with college coaches, and scholarship opportunities. Whitney is very excited about her opportunity to receive an education and play college golf at Florida State. We will highly recommend the FCGA to any family that has a son or daughter who has the desire to play golf at the college level and welcome the opportunity to share our experiences and thoughts with them."

"I want to express gratitude for everything Molly & FCGA did for me in my college search. My college golf career has taken off. Because of the work ethic that you taught me as a junior golfer, I worked my way into the top 5 of he Transylvania University Golf Team. My team just won the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Championship. I have never played as well as I have in the past couple months, and I feel your influence on me as a junior golfer has played a big part of it. Transylvania is the perfect spot for me and I could have never found such a perfect fit without your help. We are currently ranked 13th in the nation, and are gearing up for the national championship in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The help you provided me in my college search and the way you made me understand what I had to do to be successful on the college level is becoming evident to me and I am extremely thankful for your help. "The college golf recruiting process can be difficult, stressful and confusing. I highly recommend using FCGA to navigate the process. FCGA has a working knowledge of college golf and it is a huge asset in helping junior golfers find right college for them to attend both as a student and golfer. Molly Hudgins greatly assisted our son, Nicholas, in obtaining his academic and golf scholarships to Western Kentucky University. "
