September 7, 2010   The FCGA's primary mission is to provide junior golfers the opportunity to secure valuable college scholarships. The FCGA offers two comprehensive programs aimed at accomplishing this mission.  FCGA Member News RODGERS NAMED AJGA HP SCHOLASTIC ALL-AMERICAN October 12, 2009 FCGA member, PATRICK RODGERS (Avon, IN), has earned yet another honor. The combination of outstanding academics and a strong summer of national tournament golf has earned Patrick, a 2011 grad, the status of AJGA HP Scholastic All-American. AJGA All-American status is one of the most prestigious awards that a junior golfer can earn. it is extremely competitive - only 13 players earned the honor for 2009. The honor rewards a player's hard work in the classroom and on the course. Patrick has a 4.6397 Grade Point Average on a 4.0 scale, and is ranked 1st out of 582 students in his class. In addition, Patrick won the AJGA SAP Open in Ohio in June, finished in the top 10 of the U.S. Jr. Amateur Championship in June and finished tied for 3rd in the AJGA Players Championship in September. << Back FCGA Helps Junior Golfers and Their Families After 6 years of service, FCGA has received many accolades: "FCGA is a one-of-a-kind service.
